If you mean SSN Rotterdam, the open days are wednesday and saturday from 09.00 to 17.00. There are also so cold "steam days" when you could see the engines under steam and to take short return journey with retro steam train to Gouda, Dordrecht or Den Haag. For details see the site (you know it). There is a schedule with all steam journeys through the year including the long ones across the country and abroad, but it's accessible for members only.

Sorry that I was not clear enough but I meant the Bulgarian club which keeps the Bulgarian steam engines running. (ONTD Railway?)

The activities (if any) of ONTD Railway nowadays are purely theoretical. The owner of the steam engines is BDZ and it tries to make money from steam tourist trips without investing anything in maintenance and repair. Examples - 1)16.01 needs replacement of boiler pipes, but big bosses prefer to leave it like this, even to scrap it instead of giving about 6,000 euro for new pipes; 2) after nearly 30 years of battle with "stone heads", at last an order was issued for restoration of 03.12, for which an amount of 30,000 euro was promised. We started immediately, many operations were already done, but we had to stop because some materials are needed to be bought, some parts are needed to be manufactured, and we still haven't seen even a penny. I paid from my pocket for some of urgently needed spares, my colleagues also, but we can't afford to pay for all......
