We have officially announced the 060 EA project, which will be manufactured in partnership with NMJ http://www.nmj.no/ . Our line of models is including also your original class 46 http://www.trenulete.ro/?ml=4&id=39259
There is also a story about the 060 EA locomotive, yet only in Romanian, but the English version will follow shortly. You can find it at http://www.trenulete.ro/index.php?ml=51&art=3

Would be able to inform us, what is delivery time for that Item, i.e. when you expect to have БДЖ class 46 on stock?
