Dear all,
I know everybody would like to have everything cheaper. However, prices are the way they are for good reasons. Of course that in any business the dealers and the resellers get items from the producers cheaper then the retail price, but it doesn't mean that the price diffrence is going into the pocket of the dealer, while he's on holiday in the Bahamas.

A dealer has to exist, to promote, to invest. The idea of dumping the prices is dangerous for any market. Dumping is killing the distribution, so it kills the whole market. In the end, dumping is fireing back to the customer. It's the lesson hard learned by the German model train market lately. So, unrealistic prices such as 170 EUR for one Class 46 locomotive is a dangerous approach.
I will not question the motives of the initiator, yet I know we had the same experience in Romania with the 060 DA CFR Diesel. Prior to the launch on the market we also had various guys on various forums, claiming to be able to provide the locomotive before the official release and at much better rates then the official prices. Of course, they all turned out to be fake claims.
Now, regarding the Class 46 project, part of the Romanian 060 EA project. This is a joint project NMJ & Trenulete.RO. The distribution of the Bulgarian models will be covered by Trenulete.RO and we'll be happy to serve any interested Bulgarian dealers.
For any further details you can contact us at
trenulete@trenulete.ro. We'll be happy to answer questions about the project.
Kind regards,
Mihai
